Surrounding Yourself with Workers

If you have a major project to do and plan on enlisting the help of friends, make sure you enlist the workers. Surrounding yourself with lazy bums is a terrible way to go about work. Time for those bums you have come to love can be acquired; just make sure you get your work done first. Me and my friend Tyler have our own business in which we normally do lawn work. I work with Tyler because he will not take a break until the job is done, and I have adapted to that style of working myself. Lazy bum friends come later, work friends come first.
